EVELYN WEST Evelyn West is one of the most gorgeous and perhaps lesser known pinup queens in history. She wasn't fortunate enough to have a modern revival appreciating her past like Bettie Page did, but has that "all time classic" smoking hot unbelievable beauty that makes her a permanent retroCRUSH classic. I once tracked her down selling autographed memorabilia on eBay years ago, and made a note to contact her for an interview, but she sadly passed away in late 2004 before I could arrange it. I once got an email from an old friend of hers that said she was one of the most outrageous and fun people she ever knew, talking about how she'd go to baseball games wearing cleavage revealing outfits so she could still be the center of attention in the stands. Here's to you Evelyn West, one of my all time favorite pin up queens!
